Communication and assistance
Ron and Michelle have this thing down to a science! I get a little queasy when a buyer bring some other random lender into my business! Ron just flat out knows how to do this thing! BOOTs!

Ron did great work on a very hard FHA loan to get approved for my buyers and helped them get to closing after several dealings with the FHA office especially with a step down safety issue that finally got resolved in the end.
