If you had a question they responded quick as they could with the right answer
Ron and his teams communication throughout the entire process was amazing! My questions were always answered, and often before I was even able to ask them.
Ron was great. I'd say Michelle may need to learn more about awareness, proactive approach, communication, and knowledge of this process. I think she may be new. If she is, awesome experience to have. Saw her Sr. Title and expected more
