Ron was great to work with. The only issue we had with the process was trying to get the closing numbers to add up. They kept changing and were different still at the closing. Otherwise, a pleasant experience.

The portal was easy to use once we learned how to use it. The only issue was not knowing true final numbers until the actual closing.
