Roger was very helpful at all times of the day and even on weekends. He helped answer questions that weren’t even in his scope of responsibility.
Roger did do so much to answer our questions and help us along the process. For us, the process just wasn't very smooth and there were a couple big mistakes made that hindered our efforts.
