It was my first time refinancing. The process was relatively smooth and they were present for questions when I had them.
He was hard to get a hold of, often had to leave messages before hearing back.
I liked the use of the app to submit documents. All of the things I needed to get done for the refinance process were lined out for me on the app. I knew exactly where we were in the process without having to make a phone call or send an email....
