You don’t talk to Roger easily. You have to go thru his staff and they are hard to get ahold of. Took so long to get this loan. I felt they thought I wasn’t capable of ……. Not a good experience.

Roger and his staff kept in close contact with me throughout the lending process. They were great at keeping us up to date on the various stages and letting us know what to expect.
Friendly, prompt communication about the process and what we needed to do.
Roger was great to work with! He answers emails, texts and phone calls promptly and was always very professional. He also was easy to talk to and ask questions!
It was professional and expedient. Staff was good at communicating and responding timely to questions.
The whole process was just super easy. The only issue was it took forever to go through underwriting. We started the process in the beginning of February, and didn’t sign until the middle of May.
