After reaching out for assistance the process was very easy and fairly quick. Roger was great at keeping me updated at how the process was going and what to expect next.
Roger was great, not his fault the way mortgages are set up and handled. Disliked the fact that we never did get an interest rate or payment amount. Closing costs were not brought up until the final steps. All this should be disclosed earlier...
