I noticed that the process was a lot smoother than I expected . Everyone was great at assisting and answering any questions. Everyone was very informal. Everyone was just great no complaints!
I appreciated the full process. The app to track progress and documents that I needed to sign was very helpful. Between that and contact with Rodney, communication was top tier.
