Thank you my friend, I've appreciated your trust in me over the years as we have helped your children and your all purchase and refinance homes, looking forward to working with you all again in the near future.

Just because of communication ssues with the seller (not Ruoff). The situation was handled as efficient as possible but with the seller we there was a lot of going back and forth.
