I represented the seller so there wasn't much communication from the lender on my side. It would've been helpful to have emails weekly explaining where the file was in the process, but I think I only ever got one.

When I refer a client to Rocky I NEVER worry! He either gives the green, yellow, or red light. The green light always closes, and the yellow and red lights will close if my client follows Rocky's advice.
