While I personally was not the one to have contacted Rocky whenever questions came up, he was anyways available to be incredibly helpful. Even when my family called, or more commonly text, him at late hours or on some weekends.

We have worked with Rocky and Cross Country in past closings and refinancing. They have always been very good at providing excellent customer service. This refinancing was also going well. Wally came to our house for us to sign the paperwork....

National Title was not very organized and things they asked for were last minute
