Rock has been very helpful with letting me know what I need to do to help this loan go through. He has also helped me get the best rates possible. Because I work full time, it has been very easy to submit the paperwork by email or online.
We refinanced with Rock and his team about a year ago. His team responded to all my questions in a timely manner. They were always willing to answer any questions I had, and gave me the time i needed.
