    She was awesome,easy to talk to because I know I wasnt. It was my first time doing this and she helped alot with keeping me positive about what was going on. I'm very thankful for how she treated me and will never forget that.

    Take Robin out of this equation. She did everything she could and did it very well. That being said I experienced by far the worst closing experience in 10 years. It took over 5 hours to get this closed because Verity kept asking for documents...
