Robert and his team were amazing. Robert did everything he could to make the process easy for me. He even shopped insurance carriers for me and had them reach out to me because the insurance I had was terrible
Robert personality and sense of care. Updates were on a timely manner and also the portal is user friendly.
Better inter office communications better the two individuals. Offering a large pay out and then kept changing it, was told by one if I met qualifications I would receive x amount, then was offered a lower cash out.
