    It was a long process to refinance my home and we had a few hiccups along the way. I have to thank Robert for being patient because I am very hard to contact. Overall I have a lower rate and cannot be happier with the service provided to me

    The website to check loan status could be more informative as to where your loan is in the process. It just allowed document upload. I had to call Robert all the time for status. He always called back and helped, but could of saved us both...
