Very responsive and Professional
Need to improve communication.
The upload process was easy sad to see David leave midway
Rob goes above and beyond in the lending process. We had a great experience and are happy to be in our new home.
Working with Rob and his team was a great experience and we are so thankful to be in our home thanks to him.
My loan guy stopped working there during our closing. Made for unnecessary conversations about what the rate was and the closing costs. Rob took over and got it right.
Overall the deal closed, would have appreciated more timely communication. The Title company had the same feedback.
Unprofessional emails should not be sent out by Jill Fox, blaming insurance agents for delays. Everyone involved in the process, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, insurance agents, mortgage lending staff all work so hard to coordinate everything...
