I started during a switchover of systems with PRMG which caused my file to not be looked at for over 2 weeks It was a rough start and my file finally closed Just praying my next one is smoother

The system is difficult and clunky We don't have time to figure it out at all. So many people/departments that can't really articulate and understand what we see on our side. Closing department wouldn't finalize until I provide 3rd party processor...
