    My wife and I purchased our home using Bob Foss at Charter One. I was always able to reach either Bob or his assistant Lora with any questions. I would recommend Charter One.

    I closed on my loan about 4 months ago. Bob Foss was professional, timely and make the process very smooth. I was truly impressed with the service that I received from Charter One Bank (and I am not easy to impress).
