Great communication
Kind did a fine job.
AE, account manager, and portal were all fantastic. Only problem I had was I had to email the closer 3 times over three days to get a response on balancing docs with title. Overall great experience
Portal is easy. Rob is knowledgable. Underwriting is good, ops is good. Just need a little more speed.
