Rob responded back to any issues I had throughout the loan process and kept it real, when things took a dip = ALL GOOD!
Every team member at Kind was super helpful and accomodating.
It was great because it closed! We had a few hiccups along the way, but it was my first Non-QM with Kind to close, and was a rush from the beginning as it didn't make as an FHA elsewhere, so likely any pains would not have been experienced...
