We felt that the goalposts moved regularly, statuses were unclear, and there was not a "customer-first" approach. However, I will say that Rob seems quite knowledgeable about the world of mortgages.
Communication could have been better. Many times I had to email and ask questions or an update on my loan. I had twice and sometimes even three times for the most part, before I got a response
