Rob’ assistance was great. He also explained step by step the application and approval process.
Rob made what could have been a stressful process easy. We trusted him 100%. He was an excellent communicator and he was fast to respond to any questions we had. Thank you so much!
Rob always responded to any questions and concerns we had quickly and patiently. Process was clear and proceeded quickly.
Only change I would suggest- make the DOCUMENTS we signed, available through the SECURE portal, so a customer can look back at what they signed. Currently, after signing and submission, customer cannot see a single document .
