Very patient, thorough in explaining everything to a First time homebuyer! Extremely responsive and answered everything in a timely manor.
Rob and his team were ALWAYS there for me, night and day, to answer my questions and take care of me. Second to NONE!
Rob made the entire mortgage process easy and was responsive and friendly to all of our questions. I would definitely recommend Rob to a friend or family member.
We had a challenging process but Rob had our back every step of the way, stayed In contact and spoke with us several times. I appreciated him taking the time to explain unfamiliar terms to us as first time home buyers.
