Being honest about the timing. I was told the loan would close in 2 weeks, it was almost 4 weeks. Rob was very friendly and quick to assist but being realistic about the timeframe would have been less frustrating.

Everyone answered my questions or contacted me with the answer if they had to research it. Believe me, getting a straight answer is not an easy task with some other mortgage companies.
