VERY HARD TO CLOSE IN MA AS THE REQUIRE AN ATTORNEY NOT JUST A NOTARY. AMERISAVE SHOULD LOBBY TO CHANGE THESE LAWS. TOOK A LONG TIME 3 MONTHS TO CLOSE DUE TO DEMAND AND ATTORNEY REQUIREMENT
