Effective communication with a good listening and patience, understanding, respectful, honest, timely response…In general I made informed decision.
Rob was great. Underwriting left a lot to be desired.
I was going through a tough divorce and Rob handled the whole loan thing like a professional. I didn’t have to worry about the loan so I could focus on wrapping up my divorce.
