The overall experience was great, I was thinking of doing a HELOC and my representatives let me know the downfalls and positives of a refi.. the process was awesome and zero stress.

Rob was very understanding and help me through all the paperwork with patience. If I called him he got back to me right away. When he went on his vacation he left me with an alternate phone number to use if I had any other questions.
