Rob and Sarah were engaged and supportive throughout the entire loan approval process. I had a very complex and non-traditional loan type, and they were able to guide me through all the complexity with ease.

Rob was very informed, and very patient as I learned about the process of being approved for a mortgage. I appreciated his explanations because he was able to make sense of the process without overwhelming.
