Service was great. There were so many document requests all the way up to the closing date so it was a bit stressful. Didn't think it would be like that since we did a pre approval.
If I had been asked early in the process if I had lost a house to foreclosure my interest rate would have been 4%, instead of 4.5%.
I strongly suggest having a more in-depth investigation of the borrower's background.
