The communication and how quickly we were able to close
I highly recommend the RJ Baxter Team. The group works well together. My loans were processed rapidly. It was very easy and clear how to load documents digitally and all transactions were efficiently done remotely.

Fast processing, good communications, easy transactions/document signing.
RJ and his team were great to work with. They responded promptly in all correspondence and, as a first-time homebuyer, helped educate me about the mortgage process. The document upload process was pretty seamless as well.
