Rita advised us through the process and didn't just told us what needs to be done.
Rita was very informative and patient with us throughout the process. She was there every step of the way. I would definitely encourage my friends and family to use Rita when purchasing a home.
Rita was great to work with. However, the amount and type of documentation required by the underwriter was ridiculous. Every day something new was required or something needed to be amended.
The requirements of the underwriter were over the top ridiculous. Having to give the last page of a bank statement, which I threw out because it said THIS PAGE INTENTIONALLY LEFT BLANK, or had irrelevant bank mumbo jumbo, was aggravating.
Rita worked hard and we closed right on time. She was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.
Rita working tirelessly to find us the best rate.
Rita was very knowledgeable and was reachable virtually any time day or night. She was always eager to help if we had any questions.
She took time to explain everything and answered any question I threw at her. As well at the patients to do it.
