    Originally our mortgage company said they had a great deal for refinancing. Upon calling about it we asked what is the APR and the loan person was evasive and would not answer. So we decided at that point it was not going to be a good deal....

    If you contact one of the national mortgage places you immediately get spammed and inundated with calls form hundreds of "loan professionals". Riley doesn't do that. They are helpful, professional, and willing to answer all my stupid questions....
