Timely communication
Rick is always quick to communicate and explain everything. If we have questions he is able to clearly give us answers in a very timely manner. He’s polite, professional, and makes this process less stressful and full proof! Thank you Rick!
Loan process was easy. Closed a week early
Rick did a great job in communicating with us what to expect and the document process. Everything moved along within about a month or less our loan was taken care of.
