Having to run my credit over and over affecting my credit score. Having to send in same documents over and over. Started the process in July and closed in November! Absolutely ridiculous! I wouldn’t refer this company to my worst enemy!
The entire process took a very long time which is probably because of the extraordinary number of people wanting to refinance. A weekly phone call would have given me more assurance that we were still in the process. I had to keep checking...

It's a tedious process and the team made it as easy as could be.
Competitive rates, fair and reasonable closing costs, great platform to submit loan documents, regular communication throughout the process, transparency in all aspects!
