Although lengthy due to Covid, the process was exceptional! From my first call - to the confirmation of approval, I was taken care of! The portal was easy to use. My time was respected and communication was clear. Job well done!
get the underwriters to stop asking for things that make no sence, and do it in a timley manner so the statements dont "expire"
