Not having to do things on line
Rick Ripma and his whole team walked us through each step of the loan process and explained everything. We were treated with respect and, as new home owners, the loan process was much simpler with them there to answer every question.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. They helped me and my husband through this whole new home buying process. I would recommend them hands down.
