My financial planner suggested a refi to reduce expenses. My first reaction was ugh....don't want to go thru all the work associated with it. So.... I contacted the last person I had refinanced with. Unfortunately, she is no longer in the business...

We had a subordination to add in w this refi. Rick knows how to get complex transactions done. There are new hurdles to these transactions and you need this expertise. Honest what can be done and not. No promises just honest information that...
