Rick is a Real Estate Wizard! He does a ridiculous amount of research on any home you’re interested in to be sure you’re making a good purchase. He found us our dream home and worked out an amazing deal!

This man is the most professional real estate agent I have ever dealt with. He is not just an agent. He and his wife are the Texas welcome committee! They will advise you about all things Texas from where to live to where to take your kids...

Thank you Yvonne. It was a pleasure and an honor to help you relocate to DFW. As I tell every family that I work with... Even if it is 10 Years down the road and you have a problem...CALL ME

Rick is very knowledgeable in real estate and knows the area very well. He's very responsive and through is caring and hard work, made this a very positive experience for me.

Rick Baker is the best negotiator I have had the pleasure of knowing. We have been looking for a home in the Savannah area for a couple of months. As a lot of you know it is a sellers market. In fact, we have lost offers on two separate properties....

About

As Coldwell Banker says..."Who You Work with..... MATTERS" The reason that I have been ranked in the top 10% in the world for Coldwell Banker consistently for over 10 years is that I guide Clients to generational wealth. I was a full time real estate investor since the 1990s and at my peak I owned 52 rental homes at the same time. I think like an investor before I think like a Realtor. Allow me to show you how to keep your current home, which we list on the MLS for rent, while we go out and buy a new home for you. It's actually easier to do than selling your home. This will create generational wealth for your children and a legacy that will give your children options that you did not have when you were younger. Never Sell and grow wealth!
