i don't believe it was so much Richmo that made the process complex. It had a lot to do with communication with other provider. According to Day homes they still have not been made complete. Thx for your assistance

They worked with my granddaughter Ashley who was helpiing us with the loan they were paitient and kind and made sure we sent all the right information its been a pleasure working with both of them Richmond and BJ .
