He answered the questions we had in a timely manner and was open suggestions.
His explanations were clear and pertinent. Amount of emails/texts was just right and at the right times. B. J.'s contributions were also patient and thorough (though somethings got repeated).
When I needed to communicate with Richmond he was always very fast to return any calls or emails .
