Richard and his team took over my file when it was an absolute mess of a situation and was able to turn it around and get us closed on our house in a short TWO WEEKS! Very on top of things, very respo and helpful in explaining any and everything....

I have been avoiding the these requests for a reason. Although Richard is a great person his follow up with us was not good at all. Last minute details not communicated to us. IThere was not much communication as the closing date was drawing...
