When we first worked with Richard, which was about a year ago, he was absolutely amazing. He was quick with responses, knowledgeable, and just on it. This time when when we worked with him it was a different experience. He was hard to get ahold...

Overall experience was great did not like the interest rate was increased.

Double charged for appraisal.

This was my first home purchase so I had a lot of questions about the home purchase process and Richard was able to answer all of them in a timely manner and if he couldn’t right away it wouldn’t take long!

People working to help us when problems would come up.

The initial interest rate quoted of 3.5% and a max of 4.0% was off by a sizable margin from what the final interest rate at closing... we feel it was close to a bait and switch... honesty at the beginning would have been appreciated...
