Richard was horrible to deal with! He promised me all this stuff like lower interest rates and be able to close on time. He would not communicate at all. When he do wrong no apology at all. He quit first community and went to Summit funding...

Richard was down to earth. He had compassion and answered my questions before and after hours, which was greatly appreciated!
