There were times during the loan process where I didn’t know how far along things were, when underwriting and final review would be completed, etc.

What rate/down payment and points I was quoted was not what we settled on. Started with 6.5%/20% down and 1 point. Changed to 24% down because you cannot use cash in the bank as income. Changed to 30% down when it finally was understood this...

Richard and Madison were great to work with. We had some hiccups along the way but they worked very hard to find resolution to the issues. There were others who also helped along the way to make our mortgage loan process finally come to fruition....
