What made it great was Richard and the Total Mortgage team always took the the time to explain any part of the process we didn't quite understand and was very responsive throughout.
Richard and his team communicated everything and each step of the process. They made it easy and seamless and I never felt like I didn't know what was going on or was scrambling to try and find documents. It was amazing.
