Making sure our agent understood the information before allowing them to relay it. A lot of the times the information got confused when told to us. Also would of been helpful if you guys would’ve told us the information directly.

Started out with using an incorrect name on disclosure documents; received multiple texts emails and phone calls from 3 different people simultaneously on an email that hadn't yet been sent by Northpointe (a failure to know Northpointe's processes);...

great service, the comunicationd and emailing overall can improove significantly. also the closing and comunication with several people of the bank could let to a bit of confusion. overall i would recomend this lender to my friends and family...
