Rich answered all of our calls and would explain everything to us throughout the whole process. He never made us feel like we were a burden or a nuisance even when I called with 100 questions.

Everything was communicated properly and in a timely manner.
Second time my family has used Rich - he’s always been great. His customer service is unbeatable - quick and responsive by phone. He explained the whole process thoroughly too.
