Underwritters too a while with repeat enquiries. I thought I was not going to make closing. I seriously concerned about my deposit. it was a relief when approval came at the 9th hour.

Constantly updating as the process went along. Courteous and respectful.

Rich was very informative and attentive during the whole process of looking for a home. He educated us on the loan process, and would often calculate numbers for us for affordability and our qualification . We really appreciated his patience...
