Rich was great with explaining the process as well as going above and beyond to be sure everything was completed in a timely manner. I never felt alone in the process because his communication was excellent!!
Rich handled EVERYTHING! I was worried and nervous through the entire process but he took care of it all and made sure that I could afford the house I wanted. He was always honest and blunt and very on top of everything.
