Always got a response right away whenever I needed something. Always gave me good advice on things that needed a decision. If it wasn't his area he always had someone he could recommend to get the proper help for it.
Rich made everything easy and he kept me informed and updated throughout the entire process. Would definitely recommend him and use him again!
